JINDAL COTEX LIMITED as an ISO 9001:2000 certified Company. Presently engaged in manufacture of 100% Acrylic spun grey yarn and 100% Polyester spun grey yarn with an annual spinning capacity of 6000 Mt. Our machinery park consists of world?s latest and state-of?the-art-technology. This includes Preparatory to Ring Frame from LMW and post spinning includes Automatic Cone Winders (Auto Conning) from Savio, Italy and Murrata, Japan, fully automatic TFO doubling machines. The machines are well equipped with sophisticated electronic gadgets. To add value to our whole set-up, R&D is equipped with latest gadgets for keeping a close watch on yarn parameters like thick/thin places, evenness, count variation, TPI, TM, NEPS etc. Besides having the best machinery, we use best quality raw materials for spinning the yarns. For 100% acrylic yarns, unless otherwise specified, we consume EXLAN technology acrylic fiber & for 100% Polyester spun yarns, we exclusively use PSF manufactured by Reliance Industries Limited, the biggest industrial house of India. The usage of single fiber ensures consistency in quality.
At present, we are the leaders in domestic market for 100% Acrylic and Polyester spun grey yarns. We enjoy a strong brand reputation and loyalty in Indian market. Our products fetch a premium of Rs 2-4 per kg. (5 to 9 cents per kg) over all other available brands in the market. This is the result of dedicated efforts and zeal to improve upon quality and provide excellent services to the customers.
