Crown Industries is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of Workwear Clothing (General, Uniforms, Profile), Textile Promotional Items and Cleaning Textiles. We are established in the premier industrial estate in Pakistan, which is the Karachi Export Processing Zone (K.E.P.Z.) since 2002.

The K.E.P.Z is a bonded area where the business administration is separately conducted from the rest of the city and all fabrics/accessories purchased from the city in the KEPZ are officially termed as imports. We are thus importing our fabric from the local tariff area as well as from China and other countries which provide specialized fabrics. The Port is a mere 5-10 minutes away from the K.E.P.Z thus giving it a very strategic location. The goods are custom inspected within the K.E.P.Z. The government of Pakistan has also facilitated the exporters of the KEPZ through various benefits and exemptions from duty. Thus, we are able to efficiently import machinery and all such requirements.

The management of Crown Industries has extensive background in the field of Knitted and Woven Apparel which was the family business way back in the 1980’s. The family group then diversified into a vertically integrated Magnetic Media business which has been successfully operating since more than two decades. In the year 2005, a new venture of manufacturing and export of Frozen Food products was launched in the KEPZ. Now all the three business units are successfully operating in the KEPZ.

We have a stitching facility where the imported fabric is cut, stitched and packed after being processed through our quality mechanism. Our aim is to fulfill all our orders on time while keeping our quality standards maintained.

We are producing Uniforms and Workwear Clothing because the need exists for these clothing in the USA and European Markets where there is strong emphasis on Corporate Identity Clothing, brand identification in Industrial and Occupational wear. Further, the number of old age citizens is also on the increase in most European countries thus resulting in increased demand for health related services, medical clothing.

Our Uniforms product range comprises mainly of HORECA Uniforms (Hospital, Restaurant and Catering). These include Scrubs Suits, Patient Clothing, Lab Coats, Operation theatre Clothing. The restaurant clothing includes Aprons in a variety of designs/colors, Chef Apparel i.E. Chef Pants, Chef Hat, Chef Coat, Handkerchief as well as specialized Kitchen wear such as Oven mitts, Pan grabbers, Pot Holders etc.

Workwear Clothing includes the traditional Overalls, Coveralls, Dungaree as well as garments in hard canvas fabrics such as Carpenter Pants, Textile Promotional Items such as Cotton Bags are in demand for promotional purposes and also as shopping bags thus creating a eco-friendly environments. Cleaning Textiles consist of Terry Bar mops, Wipers, Rags, Glass Towels, Canvas Drop cloth etc.

These products are usually made in 100% Cotton, 65/35 Poly Cotton Sheeting, Twill, Drill fabrics with functional finished such as soil release, water repellant and stain resistance coating and other required. A variety of garment washes such as enzyme wash, stone wash etc are also done as per requirement.
